Delivery information

Orders are normally dispatched within 1 to 2 working days, by Royal Mail Special Delivery.  Occasionally we have problems or delays in which case we would contact you via email.  Shipping Addresses: You are responsible for ensuring that the CORRECT shipping details are given during the checkout procedure. So please Check you Shipping Details very carefully before confirming your order as you pass through checkout. Customers will be charged any costs incurred by Silver Jewellery Cavern for retrieving any orders sent as a result of incorrect shipping details.

UK customers: There is a flat rate shipping fee of £7.50  including postage & packing to UK Customers on all orders. Packages are usually sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery so can be Tracked once posted & a signature will be required on delivery of your package.

International Orders: We are based in the UK & we will contact you by email to advise you of any remaining Shipping Costs & to request their payment prior to posting package.

Back Orders: There are times when we run low or out of stock, if new stock has already been ordered then it is not always removed from the site, particularly if it is due in quite soon. When this happens we will place the items on back order & contact you to arrange payment & delivery. Should an item be discontinued again we would advise you. Please Rest Assured We only ever charge you for the amount of goods actually posted to you.

Our minimum order is £75 and as a wholesale company we do not accept orders below £75 before shipping. This is because it is as time consuming making up small orders as larger ones & as such is not viable.

In the event that we are unable to dispatch your goods within 2 days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time.

In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within three working days of receipt.

If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company’s appointed carrier.


Returns and Exchanges

Damaged Merchandise: Any damaged items received as a direct result of shipping/packing errors must be notified within 3 working days. Please keep all packaging as it is often required for any insurance claims. If you do not keep it & as a result the insurance void the claim, then Wholesale Silver Jewellery Cavern will not be held liable.

Incorrect Damaged Merchandise: Any items received faulty or incorrect please advise by email & await instruction. We will not accept returns without prior notification as we are not always available for returns to be delivered, so they would be returned to sender at your own cost.

Returns Policy:  If for any other reason you consider you need to return an item then you must email us prior to returning the goods to see if any arrangements can be made. We do not operate a sale or return policy. This does not affect your statutory rights. If items arrive incorrect or damaged see below.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Although We try very hard to ensure the correct items are packaged appropriately for safe transit there are rare occasions when things go slightly wrong.

Damaged Goods: Should you be unfortunate enough to receive damaged goods then you must email us upon receipt of these goods. You must keep all of the original packaging, as very often this is inspected by post office. If the goods were packaged satisfactorily We will replace the goods & the insurance will cover any such loss. If We are found to have packaged the goods inappropriately then We will of course send out a replacement. Occasionally a damaged item may be sent out by accident. We quality check every single item we receive, however mistakes can happen, obviously in these rare incidences we would replace the product at our own cost, but please keep the said item until you hear from us. We will not accept returns without prior notification as we are not always available for returns to be delivered, so they would be returned to sender at your own cost.

Incorrect Orders: If We have made a mistake by sending you the wrong Item you need to email us as soon as possible. We will then arrange with you to return the item at no cost to yourself & send out the correct item to you as soon as possible.

If we agree to a return for any other reason than those mention above. You will have to pay the return cost of postage.
